Promise of a good result

It is a little too early for a comprehensive review because I have only used the product once-I have just received it. But I wanted to share this first impression because I am amazed by just this one night of product application. My eyes look “bigger” because the sagging is noticeably improved. I had overused scrub, the skin under and above my eyes became scratchy and puffy. One night of this scream and it all looks and feels so much-much better. I am expecting significant improvement with the continued use! I have just found my new favorite rye cream. Will definitely keep this one on subscription.

New packaging is not acceptable

I have used this product for several years with satisfactory results. Recently they have changed their packaging (delivery system). It clogs and dispenses coagulated product which is not acceptable. Until they have new packaging and or a new delivery system I will no longer purchase this product. Very disappointing! Why the change?! It’s not better. How much did you save? You lost me as a customer.

used sparingly under eyes and caused severe redness, inflammation, burning... thought it might have been just my eczema flaring up from the winter dryness. nope! tried it once more now in spring and same reaction. was a shame bc the product is so expensive so i thought i would try using it on my neck/chest and hands.... caused severe allergic reaction there too. tiny red bumps all over application sites the next day! :( bummer. this is my first time using this line and was looking forward
