This conditioner definitely is a must if purchasing the shampoo. I put it on my hair from middle to ends but it says to put it on your scalp. I can see why, the scent is amazing and definitely will awaken your hair follicles! It makes my hair soft but not greasy and weighed down. I am 67 years old and have white hair which is somewhat dry. I have thin hair so I do not use a lot of conditioner and main reason I do not put on my scalp.

I find Surface products very good for my hair and a little product goes a long way. I've been using this conditioner for a few years but may need to find another because of the packaging. Either the product itself is too thick to get out of the bottle or the bottle material has changed to a very stiff plastic that is almost impossible to squeeze. The last bottle I added distilled water to thin out the conditioner. It helped but was still hard to get the product out. These harder bottles are not friendly to arthritic hands.

Have been using this conditioner for a few weeks. Pic and put have put up with the awful smell reminiscent of menthol mixed with cat pee in hopes it would help. Unfortunately, the conditioner provides no detangling whatsoever, so my very fine, Thin and frizzy hair has been falling out even more when I try to brush through the tangled mess this conditioner creates. I can’t think of anything good to say about it. My scalp has also been noticeably more itchy. What a waste of money.

I bought this to go with the Surface shampoo and it is a nice companion as the mint fragrances seem the same. As others have mentioned, it is extremely difficult to get the product out of the bottle even with the top off and squeezing hard.I hope Surface can resolve this. I can only imagine what it will be like as i near the bottom of the bottle.
