Scarecrow Halloween Makeup Video Tutorial

While scarecrows are used to frighten away crows from corn fields, this Halloween makeup look is anything but scary.

After you’ve applied your favorite foundation, use a soft orange eyeshadow and fill in your entire lid. Next, use a black eyeliner pencil to line your upper lashline and your lower lashline.

Using a gel liner, draw in long lower eyelashes in varying lengths on both eyes. The lashes do not have to match on both sides. For extra definition, go over the top of the gel liner with a liquid liner. Finish with two coats of volumizing mascara.

For the scarecrow nose, use a pinkish orange lip liner to draw a teardrop shape on your nose and fill in with the same liner. Then, use a pink or orange eyeshadow on top of the lip liner to make the color pop.

With a black eye pencil, outline the patch on your nose and draw small stitches through the line to give the look of a sewn-on patch.

Then, take the lip liner once again and draw a circle on each cheek and fill in with the eyeliner. Again, use a pink or orange eyeshadow on top of the liner for a brighter color. Next, use the black eye pencil to outline the circles and add stitch marks.

For your lips, use a red lip liner and outline carefully. Then, fill in the lips with a reddish pink lipstick.

Using your black eye pencil, draw a line from the corners of your mouth out to your cheeks and add more stitches.

Now throw on a straw hat, a flannel shirt and some overalls with hay stuffed in the pockets, and go collect your candy.
