I have sensitive skin and most retinols usually irritate me, but this one didn’t at all. I was surprised because it has 1%, which is pretty strong, yet my skin adjusted really well. It’s gentle, effective, and makes my skin glow. I love it!

I think this gel gets the job done, but sometimes, I felt like it left a sticky film on my face. You would have to use it with a moisturizer to lessen that feeling. Sometimes, I get acne on my shoulders or back from not showering right away after I work out. I used this product in those areas and it tended to keep blemishes away.

I use this after my retinol at night. If you have older or dry skin and want something really rich for moisture, this is perfect. It stays a little tacky on the skin so I try to make sure I put it on a couple hours ahead of putting my face in the pillow. My skin is super soft when I wake up in the morning. Will buy again
