My dermatologist recommended this product for my ridged and splitting nails. It is NOT an overnight miracle--and it even cautions you that it is not (gotta respect the honesty!)--but it DOES help immensely. After almost four months of twice daily use, the ridges are definitely not as pronounced and splitting has decreased significantly. No, it is not a complete cure, but it has made such a difference that I have reordered the product and intend to continue using it forever. I use it along with a body moisturizer from a different brand, and I think the combination is important. …
