I have never been a believer in toners but I love this one. I put 4 dabs on my fingers and apply to my face daily. I have sensitive skin and no problems with this product.

The Eminence Organics Birch Water Purifying Essence is hydrating and toning. It really does do what it says it will do! I gave it four stars instead of five because the fragrance isn't as delightful as I would like for it to be. It isn't bad--it's earthy and fades quickly. I will continue to use and purchase it even though I have to hold my breath while using it because it is an amazing essence!!!
