JI has the best eye shadow for a number of reasons: Natural color choices, goes on super smooth ( even on aging lids), looks good all day, layers well, has both lovely matte and shades with a very slight sparkle, and a cleaner list of ingredients. I am also a contact lens wearer and have had no irritable flecks getting in my eyes. I had a JI palette where one of the colors ( silk blouse) ran out and I found that the color sienna was almost the exact match. Love it!!

This is a pretty pallet. I purchased it in Solar Flare. It isn’t very pigmented though. I was hoping it would have more pigment so I could use the darker shades as eyeliner but all the shades are very sheer. They are very pretty though. I also like that there isn’t much fallout and doesnt irritate my sensitive allergy prone eyes. Definitely don’t regret purchasing this just wish it had a bit more pigment.

This product is over priced for the little amount in the container, even considering that a little should go a long way. The only reason I purchased this item is because I was prompted to add an item just to buy another. I have found this to be common with items in this line that are lower priced, you can't just buy one. What soured my experience with this item is that I felt like I received a Trial Size. Coincidently, I was a day or so away from an Offer to receive this item as a gift with any order from Jane Iredale. I just felt like I paid too much for something others received free a day or so before. I am still wondering if the size is actually a full size.
