I was very self-conscious about my thinning hair and this shampoo has allowed me to actually do something about it. I'm unaware if my hair strands are stronger/healthier but my look has immediately improved. I noticed it and so has everyone around me. I have continued to style my hair as usual and even though family & friends have repeatedly commented on how dense and fuller my scalp and overall hair looks. From looking like lifeless sparse dehydrated strands it has evolved onto a plumpy, layered style with lots of bounce. Very relevant to say I have, beyond my shoulders length, natural gray hair. This shampoo is like a vitamin/supplement directly onto my scalp and hair. It's residue free and has a nice lather. I recommend it.
