I purchased this for my strawberry blonde hair that has gone near-white, but still has some warmth to it. This shampoo is gentle, and did not dry out my typically dry and somewhat coarse-textured hair. Scent reminds me of my mom's 1006 lotion from waaaaay back in the day. I do think this shampoo lives up to the claim of enhancing blonde hair, especially in terms of shine. It takes longer to rinse the slippery feel from this shampoo, maybe because it's meant to leave a coat of color on the hair. I don't have any patience for that. By day 2, my hair looks limp, and so for me it would have to be a daily product. It's okay, but not for me over the long run.

Bought to help when my hair gets brassy. Nice and does the job. I do believe you need to pair with the shampoo for best results. I do have the shampoo and like that as well. … more
