My thinning spots fill in a bit and notice less coming out when I shampoo or brush my hair when I take these vitamins consistently--and I mean do not miss! For me they work if I can remember. Very easy to swallow and no odor. Taste mild and goes away. Worth it!

I have a particular kind of hair. I have a lot of it but each strand is very skinny (think spider webs). Ive tried everything over the years but most products leave it either sticky or stiff or dry feeling.....not this one! This product NEEDS TO BE BLOWN DRY into the hair. Do not expect frizz control if you air dry. My hair is lustrous and luminous and people mistake my hair for a much heavier texture when I use it. I prep my hair with a leave in conditioner first and then coat it in a generous amount of this. I dont even need a flat iron afterwards but do sometimes use one.

This product is insanely great for my gray wavy, shoulder lenght, natural hair. Is non-greasy, really detangles, adds shine, softness and tames frizz. No one at home has had any problem with the scent (human and pets approved). I believe my hair is not only looking healthier but is becoming healthier due to this luxurious cream. The only reason I deducted a star in my review is precisely because I want to keep using it on a daily basis or at least every other day. But I can't because the tube is very small and I'm already running out of product. Phyto needs to redo this cream in a larger size. When I initially bought it I thought it was going to be more concentrated and therefore the tube would last for around a month. Unfortunately it is not the type of product that I can use a tiny amount to get results. Therefore, currently it is not sustainable, nor budget wise, to keep buying so many small tubes constantly.
