This conditioner smells amazing, has a nice thick consistency, and I try to keep it on my hair as long as I can before rinsing. My hair stays healthy and shiny between hair cuts, and I trust that this conditioner is helping my hair stay strong and smooth. My hair has gotten thicker and longer over the last 4 years, and I truly think using this conditioner (and shampoo) has contributed to my hair health.
