For over a year the skin on my underarms would get flakey and scaley. I didn't know it was my natural deodorant causing it. I even tried "sensitive" versions. I was worried I had a fungal infection. I finally went to the dermatologist and she recommended this deodorant and the whole line of vanicream. I think I'm just sensitive to fragrance because after using this my issue cleared up. It keeps me free of any smell for 12-16 hours. Even through workouts. I prefer not to use antiperspirant, so this is perfect. I'm happy I can buy it on Lovelyskin's site. I haven't tried any of vanicream's other products but I'm sure they're excellent.
