I use this between full wash and style days. I lightly spray it, especially at the roots of my hair, and it gives my fine hair a nice boost until I can wash it again. I don’t use it to really clean my hair when my hair really needs cleaning. Can’t say how it would do on a week long camping trip as one’s only shampoo. For me, it does what I want. A little pricey but it will probably last a long time!

I have used this for a couple of years. It really hydrates, brings out the curl, and you do not need to use very much so it lasts a long time. I would definitely recommend it with the Curl conditioner- but that seems to be on backorder a lot. I hope they’re not changing the formula.
