I have tried proabably thousands of products, prescription and over the counter, in the past 15 years. Nothing has done a better job at managing my acne and calming my skin than the Osmosis Epidermal Repair serum. I was desperate after receiving an unhelpful laser treatment from a well-known dermatologist and various forms of prescription tretinoin. Nothing ever stopped my acne. I saw an esthetician, and she suggested this product because my skin was so irritated and sensitive and had developed signs of rosacea. My inflamed acne nearly disappeared. I still get small clogged pores every once in a while, but the deep, red acne that had caused me so much discomfort and embarassment is now an extremely rare occurrence. I know this isn't a cheap product - and I'm not rich - but I will always repurchase knowing what it does for my skin. It is 100% worth it and I would recommend to anyone dealing with the frustration of persisitent acne and sensitivity.
