Soft against the skin
I really like this exfoliator. I use it 2-3x a week at most which seems to be a perfect combination for my 45 yr old combination skin & in conjunction with my other facial products. It is really gentle and soft against the skin, no harsh sand granules and leaves my skin extremely soft. Great product.

This microfoliant works best on my sensitive skin. Although my skin is not oily, I was experiencing one single cystic pimple every month. I find using this particular exfoliant 3x a week has helped to break this cycle and reduce the single cystic pimple size and occurrence. Gentle exfoliant
I had a facial that turned out nicely and asked what was used. She recommended this product. I don't really enjoy the hassle of the powder and mixing with water to get a paste and would prefer a product that is ready to use. I do think this is helpful for my skin and does not make it irritated or break out. I will continue to use it until I find something else. The Superfoliant by Dermalogica is catching my eye now. If I had a sample to try, would make the decision easier. This microfoliant will not irritate red skin or cause breakouts.

I use vitascrub from zo medical line and find it harsh on the skin especially after retinol nights. I replaced it with Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant that I can use on daily basis to maintain the healthy skin and glow without irritating the skin. I love to use it before masking as well to help with deeper penetration of the products.
