I have been using Dermalogica Skin Resurfacing Cleanser for approximately five years nightly. It is not drying and has exfoliation qualities that are gently effective. I think it would be an added benefit for any skin regime regardless of age.

This cleanser was very drying at the sides of my mouth and nose. I’m not usually that sensitive. I had to cut down to once a day. But love that it exfoliates and renews my skin. Hoping it will help diminish dark spots. It doesn’t suds bud feels like it cleans really well.

Decent cleanser
I did not see any decent results for helping my bumpy skin. Item does not foam up and is like a milky cleanser so it is good for dry skin. Not really worth the price though.

Exfoliates gently but not completely
This cleanser is thick and very slightly gritty. It rinses clean and the exfoliation shows in that my skin is a bit flaky afterwards. Other exfoliants seem to leave my skin less flaky, but that may mean that they are not as gentle.

Squeaky clean
I used this product after using retinol products at night. It caused slight peeling, and after a few days, my skin is calmed and super glowing. So, I think this product really does contain some active ingredients that exfoliate. I make sure to massage it in and leave it on my skin 30 seconds like it says and back off use if I get dry. Use a good moisturizer with sunblock afterwards.

Results without irritation
I have used this for almost three years because it works. I have horrible pigmentation which seems to get worse as I age. If I stop using this from time to time, the pigmentation becomes much worse. The cleanser also does a very good job of removing make up. My only negative comment is the cleanser can be drying so how often you use this varies with your type of skin. This will brighten your skin and fade pigmentation. Good product with no irritation!

Not sure if it's just the one I received or all of them are like this, but the pump is not so easy to use. It keeps twisting when I press it. The cleanser itself is good though. Hubby likes it!
