Good sunscreen, keeps me from burning
This sunscreen kept my face from getting burnt and wasnt too thick or mask-like. It did get a little "ropey" or sticky if I worked it into my face too much (I think I might just have a bad habit of doing that with sunscreen). But it did the job, didnt have a smell, and didnt make me break out. A little pricey for the bottle, but cheaper than acne--and I have sensitive skin, so anything that doesnt irritate is a win.

I live in South Florida, 46 years old, exercise indoors and sweat a lot, and my skin is prone to break outs and sun spots, After using other products from other brands also as good as this one, I gave it a try and as of now I like it. I use it before my primer and then I apply my foundation, I love the tinted because usually professional or cosmetic UV protectors are white finish, which I dont mind before I work out. If you are looking for a sunscreen to apply before your foundation this one will work great, not only because its very silky smooth, but it will definitely protect your skin.

Multipurpose Protection for Every Day Use
My dermatologist recommended that I use the highest possible sunscreen protection every day. EltaMD clear broad spectrum is a bit more drying than other EltaMD products because it is meant for acne prone skin. I use it in the summer to cut back on the shine an keep my skin protected from the rays. My skin looks amazing since I have been using EltaMD and my dermatologist is very happy that I use additional protection over my prescription lotions.

wonderful SPF
I learned about this product from In Style magazine. I have sensitive skin (prone to redness and little white heads around my nose). This product doesnt irritate my skin, it doesnt burn my eyes if Im sweating, and it doesnt have an off putting odor like a lot of sunscreens. It also blends in very well. My only advice is to wipe your eyebrows with a wet cloth after you apply it because it can cause them to get a bit hard and stiff.

Too Sticky, too expensive!!!
So disappointing. It leaves a bit of a shine on your skin. Until it soaks in, it is very sticky. I dont like it at all and I am a huge fan of all Elta MD products.

Perfect for Everyday Use
Having had skin cancer twice before turning 40, I realized it was time to take better care of myself. Thankfully Dr Schlessinger and his staff recommended ELTA MD sunscreen. I use it every day without skipping a beat. You can use under your foundation or without. I have the tinted so I actually use it as my foundation. Its wonderful!! It stands up to sweat very well and goes perfectly with my acne-prone skin. This will be my go-to from here on out! I cant stress enough how important sun protection is. You wont find a better product.

Love this product
I have been using the untinted version of this suncreen & while I liked how lightweight it is-it still left a slight white cast on my face-in addition I still needed to add foundation over the top. My skin isnt too bad-but still needs a little evening out. This new tinted version is Perfect! I put this on, let it set for about 5 min & then light dusting of Colorscience sunforgettable mineral sunscreen powder & I am set. My top tinted mineral suncreens have been SkinCeuticals & La Roche Posay. So far I like this Elta MD tinted suncreen better than those. I used the Elta MD tinted UV Physical SPF 41 but I found it way to drying on my skin. This is not drying at all.

I have been using ELTAMD sun care products at the recommendation of my Dermatologist. This product is definitely my favorite facial sunscreen. It goes on weightless and is not greasy.
