Very irritating to sensitive skin
I was so excited to try this formula for everyday use. Sadly, it really irritated my skin. I didn't turn red like some reported but I noticed that when applying my nighttime serums, everything burned like my face was on fire!!! In addition, I developed a few painful acne spots... unusual for me at age 59. At first I couldn't figure out what was going on but quickly realized that this was the only change in my daily routine. Once I stopped using it, the burning subsided and the acne slowly went away. It's a shame because I really liked the texture and how light it was under the small amount of makeup I use from time to time.

My new holy grail
There's a reason every dermatologist recommends EltaMD - this stuff is THE best! I was given some samples of the UV Clear at my derm's office, and I liked it, but didn't necessarily want to be shiny. The description of this one being more moisturizing and better for dry skin than the clear one (being better for rosacea and acne-prone skin) was more appealing to me, so I ordered a tube of it and am never going back to anything else. I've tried sunscreen after sunscreen and haven't found one that I've loved as much until I found UV Daily. I use a vitamin C serum underneath, then Clinique's Moisture Surge 100-hour hydrator before applying this, and my skin has never looked better - clear, protected, and moisturized. I've already ordered another tube so I don't ever have to go without it.

OUCH!
If you have sensitive skin, I'd avoid this one. It gave me a chemical burn of sorts all over my face. The first day, I felt a slight burning sensation after I applied it, but it went away, so I left it on. That night when I washed it off (after just an easy day indoors), my face was fire engine red! I thought it was a fluke & tried it a few days later, and it hurt me worse. This is the only thing I've changed in my skincare routine and I haven't been out in the sun. I only tried this because they changed the formula on my beloved Elements SPF 44 (now an AOX disaster). I hope I can return this or I'm SOL. EltaMD has disappointed me with their recent changes - bout to find a new brand.

My go to facial SPF
I have been a EltaMD user for years now and still think it is the best sunscreen out there. It has no white case and for someone over 70 and with very dry skin, it is great. I believe the new formula is a bit more moisturizing and seems shinier than before but it eventually goes away. I love it and will continue using.

Best sunscreen ever
I am a loyal customer of Elta MD's sunscreens. I especially like the tinted one. I've used almost every sunscreen out there and Elta MD provides superior protection and great coverage. I recently bought Skin Medica's tinted sunscreen and it gets on my clothing. I will no longer purchase any other kind of Sunscreen except for Elta MD.

Turns my skin red
Unfortunately it doesn’t apply as clear and silky as I read it would but worse it burns my face a bit at first, and then my skin turns red. I would like to return the item or exchange for one that my skin will not react to.

The Best
This is my second time buying and initially bought in error and was using the 46. It is a win because it doubles as moisturizer and sunscreen and works well under as well as over my foundation when the time comes to reapply. My dry and mature skin loves the moisturizing effects of this product. It definitely helps in minimizing the flakes from tretnoin use.

I have always hated putting a sunscreen on over my moisturizer, my face is really dry and sunscreens always seemed dehydrating, but this product is great. It goes on light, is moisturizing, and the tint gives my face a slight glow on the days when I don't feel like wearing foundation (which is happening more and more!). 5 stars for sure.
