Must have all year long
Goes on smoothly. Not oily or greasy. Blends in well on several different skin tones of my friends that also use it. The "tinted" part provides enough coverage that I don't usually feel the need to apply additional foundation over it. My eyes tend to water a lot when I am outside, which would cause other sunscreen products to get in my eyes, which would make my eyes water even more...then more sunscreen would get in my eyes as the vicious cycle continued. I have not had any problem with this EltaMD product getting in my eyes and irritating them.

I have very sensitive skin and this sunblock was recommended by my dermatologist. I love it! This product goes on very smoothly and provides a little coverage with the tint. I love this sunscreen! The consistency of it is very light and not so goopy like most sunscreen and because of the tint, it actually helps me with evening out my skin tone since I have some redness. I feel comfortable wearing it and not applying makeup over because of how even it makes my skin tone.

I like it but it leaves a gray white cast on my olive skin

Best facial sunscreen!!
I have tried many different facial sunscreens and this, by far, is the best for me. Elta goes on smoothly, blends in nicely and doesn't leave a sticky feeling. I just started using the tinted, but have used Elta for years. I use one small drop of foundation and blend in with the sunscreen. If you care about sun exposure on your face, neck and chest, this product is for you.

Want to love it more than I do
This stuff goes on beautifully. Gives decent coverage. It's not as universal as I would like (it's lighter than I am), but it's okay. What I don't like: I find it settles in the creases of my face (I didn't realize my neck was getting that creasey, but I guess it is!) a couple of hours after I put it on. Maybe it's just me? I don't use much at all, have tried it with moisturizer and without.

Best Sun Protection
After trying other brands, I've returned to EltaMD for my sunscreen needs. It offers great protection and keeps my sun-related rosacea at bay. The tint is probably universal in nature as it suits my fair to medium skin tone and I barely have need for foundation as it provides nice daytime coverage without being heavy or greasy. I have somewhat combination, mature (63) skin and while I moisturize daily, the Elta provides a nice matte finish.

Very good physical sunscreen
I live in Colorado and have developed the habit of layering different sunscreens on my face for outdoor activities. For prolonged outdoor exposure, I like this product. The tinting reduces the white oxide cast but does stain light-colored clothes, so be careful around necklines.

Awesome product. Glides smoothly over my face, does not smudge, and stays on all day (if one doesn't get into the pool or the beach). I love the tint in it, especially if I don't want to wear lots of makeup. Last but not least, I like the quantity of zinc oxide in the product(16%), which makes it very good for sensitive skin.

Perfect sunscreen!
I have sensitive, oily, acne-prone skin and this is the first sunscreen I can use everyday that doesn't feel too heavy, look too greasy or break me out. The tint is perfect and most summer days I just wear this with concealer and a little Jane Iredale pressed powder. This goes well over moisturizer and under makeup as long as you give each layer a few minutes to sink into the skin (I apply moisturizer, brush my teeth, then apply the sunscreen, make my bed, then apply my makeup). I also love that this is formulated for sensitive/post-procedure skin, which I feel like is helping with any redness or irritation I might have.
