Great product, poor container
The actual eye cream is quite good and I'm happy with the results. However, the pump doesn't consistenly deliver the product and I'm left to opening it up and scooping out the cream. Not good for a product with this price tag.

Poor package
Like the product a lot, but the plunger no longer works after just a few uses. You can unscrew the top, but are unable to scrap it out unless you use a qtip.

Packaging is an issue
I like the cream, but the pump doesn't function properly. I need to release the pump and use an earbud to get the rest of the cream out as about 1/3 of it is left in the container after the pump stops working. The packaging of this is deceptive and doesn't work. I wish they would change the packaging.
