Not the Best....
This eyeliner was difficult to apply. I fell in love with the Glo Minerals eyeliner and went through 4 pencils. I thought Glo Skin would be the same as Glo Minerals. Definitely not as this was very difficult to apply, I had to cause immense pressure just to line my lower waterline.
