Does not stay put!

I very rarely write a negative review but feel its warranted in this case because I dismissed the reviews stating it doesn't last or smears - and unfortunately I should have trusted those reviews. On the positive note, it does go on easily. I would not say it's a micro liner but it's not super thick either. But it just ends up under my eyes somehow. For the record I rarely use liner on bottom and if I do it's mostly outer corner. The transfer is definitely coming from the upper lid! I am someone who puts on makeup and then forgets about it. So seeing myself with dark smudges under my eyes at end of day just doesn't work for me.
