HELIOCARE Advanced Antioxidant Supplement with Nicotinamide is a MUST to a radiant skin!
I have been using a lot of skin care products and consuming supplements purchased on LovelySkin and therefore this is definitely not my first review. As we know, good or bad reviews will help consumers decide whether the products should be purchased but nonetheless everyone's body works/processes foods differently. Be consistent and do not give up after not noticing positive results 1 or 2 months later because some products/supplements take time to kick in. I cannot stress enough how good Heliocare advanced antioxidant supplements have helped me in achieving a smooth, supple, firm and radiant skin! Have purchased probably in excess of 10 bottles in the past and bought 4 bottles again recently because it actually works. All you need is just two (2) pills a day. I used to be beachgoer but ever since I started seeing hyperpigmentation ((in my early 50s now), I stopped going to the beach and tanning salon because too much sun exposure will break down the collagen resulting in sagging, wrinkling skin with dark patches. Get sunlight no later than 10am or after 4pm for about 15 mins if you are concerned about not getting enough vitamin D which may lead to depression and brittle bones/osteoporosis. I am not a doctor or in the skincare field but personally know pretty much about what works for me. I wear SPF 50 physical/tinted sunscreen every day (if possible, re-apply every 2 hours or so), rain or shine in addition to vitamin C and Heliocare supplements (as well as others) for a better /broader protection. I can see that my hyperpigmentation has faded dramatically after using many other products suitable for my skin type and everything else I have purchased on LovelySkin website. I have been a loyal customer for more than a decade now and always try to share with whoever wants to look and feel good (who doesn't?) about this very well-established company, laudable professionalism. user-fiendly site/navigation and you never have to be worry about receiving expiring/expired products/supplements and shipping is always so quick. Another Layer of Protection for your skin
This was recommended to me by my Dermatologist because I have had 9 skin cancer surgeries (most were basal but 1 was squamous, & 1 was melanoma) over the past 10 years. I’ve been taking this for years as a preventative measure to help keep future skin cancers from coming back. I have taken this supplement for about 5 yrs. and am very pleased with it. Seems to keep my facial skin healthy with no breakouts or blemishes, whiteheads or blackheads. I like that it contains Fernblock to protect my skin from the suns harmful rays but I do also wear sunscreen on my face.

I don't know exactly what this does for me since i have never had problems with skin cancer or hyperpigmentation and i slather on sunscreen daily but it's an easy pill to use so i use this all through spring/summer months. It does not have any aftertaste and it does not irritate my stomach.

I started taking this 2 weeks before my vacation and each day during it. . I spent 2 weeks in Hawaii and Tahiti. I had no sunburn at all the entire trip in spite of laying on the beach, swimming and snorkeling for hours and staying on a boat for half of the trip. I was consistently wearing sunscreen as well. Amazing Difference in my Skin!
I have been taking this daily for a couple of months. I bought it to protect against sun damage because I spend a lot of time outdoors. I do think it helped but I'm even more surprised by and pleased with the fact the red blotches on my arms (doc called it "old lady skin") are GONE! This is the only thing I changed in my routine but after two years of unsightly blotches, my skin is back to normal.
