I have taken this supplement for about 5 yrs. and am very pleased with it. Seems to keep my facial skin healthy with no breakouts or blemishes, whiteheads or blackheads. I like that it contains Fernblock to protect my skin from the suns harmful rays but I do also wear sunscreen on my face.

I don't know exactly what this does for me since i have never had problems with skin cancer or hyperpigmentation and i slather on sunscreen daily but it's an easy pill to use so i use this all through spring/summer months. It does not have any aftertaste and it does not irritate my stomach.

I started taking this 2 weeks before my vacation and each day during it. . I spent 2 weeks in Hawaii and Tahiti. I had no sunburn at all the entire trip in spite of laying on the beach, swimming and snorkeling for hours and staying on a boat for half of the trip. I was consistently wearing sunscreen as well. I'm a fair skinned blonde and blue eyed mature lady so usually I burn quite easily. I’m sold on this product! And plan on continuing to use it to see how it effects my skin overall in normal conditions.

Amazing Difference in my Skin!
I have been taking this daily for a couple of months. I bought it to protect against sun damage because I spend a lot of time outdoors. I do think it helped but I'm even more surprised by and pleased with the fact the red blotches on my arms (doc called it "old lady skin") are GONE! This is the only thing I changed in my routine but after two years of unsightly blotches, my skin is back to normal.

Heliocare in general was recommended by my dermatologist about 6 years ago. I like the Ultra for when I’m on a sunny beach vacation (along with mineral sunscreen) which definitely helps with not getting a sunburn. For everyday use, I prefer the Heliocare Advanced. My skin overall has looked better since using Heliocare Advanced so I know it must be doing something good.
