I play tennis in the Florida sun 3x a week and ALWAYS wear SPF 50+, hat/visor, and long sleeve tops. Wanted the extra protection so I decided to purchase the Heliocare. My skin looks smoother/brighter and I don't get the red heat rashes that I consistently suffered from after my matches. Seems to work well for me and I plan to repurchase.

It Works
I have been using Heliocare for at least 15 years and find that it provides excellent sun protection. I have extremely sensitive skin coupled with vitiligo which make me prone to sunburns. I find that while my skin may get red after exposure to intense sun exposure the redness dissipates quickly and does not become painful or itchy as with a sunburn. For additional protection during the summer months I also use lotions with UV protection.

Convinced this stuff works
I am unable to use almost any sunscreen because of allergies and so far I have not experienced any sunburn while using this supplement. I don’t purposely try to get burned, but I burn fairly easily and somehow have been good so far. My rosacea is also improving!

As it is not possible to fully evaluate the effectiveness of this product after only 3 months of use, I will comment on my understanding of its effectiveness and my experience with the actual purchase and shipping of the product.
