I started taking this several years ago. Couldn't really tell if it helped or not. I started back this summer and I can definitely tell it helps with the dark spots. It actually diminishes them. I've taken two each day all summer and I will continue through the year as well. It's a good price and the added protection from the inside is awesome. I am not a sun worshiper.

Before I found HELIOCARE Sun Protection Pills, I would go out in the sun with sun protection on and burn easily and was left with a rash on my arms and face, that drove me to itching all the time. Im an outdoorswoman and, no matter that I apply (and re-apply) a high SPF mineral sunscreen and always wear a wide-brimmed hat, I would come in with a few brown spots on my face after spending hours outside in our sunny climate.
