No changes/results noticed after 6-12 bottles. Cancelled auto-renew now, may reconsider in Spring. Seems to be for outdoor in the sun protection? Only bought due to a dermatologist suggestion.

I dont think this actually works
Used it for a whole week before going on a beach day. On that day I also took one and even after applying sunscreen 3 times during the day, I still got a pretty bad sunburn.
