Think of it as a "booster" to regular sunscreen application
I have very fair skin and burn within minutes of sun exposure. I typically take these when I travel and I have been really happy with the results. No burn yet when I use these in addition to sunscreen. I usually take two (instead of one) at a time.

Every Little Bit Helps
I purchased Heliocare for my husband. He has a long history of skin cancer. He spoke to his dermatologist who he visits every 3 months and she said that Helioplex sunscreen is the latest in skincare protection. We are avid bicyclists and outdoors everyday. This product along with an 85 SPF has become an everyday routine in his life. Thank goodness there is a pill he can take when he forgets his sunscreen.
