This was recommended by my esthetician in 2018, and I have been using it ever since! It's gentle, yet effective. I am in my 30s and unfortunately have acne prone skin. Cleansing Complex thoroughly cleanses my skin without over drying it. I double wash with it at the end of the day when I wear makeup and it removes it all. I use it year round which is impressive to me because I get drier during the winter. I have 2 bottles at all times; one on the sink and one in the shower. My boyfriend got his hands on the one I keep at the sink and now he uses it too. He has completely different skin than I do, (he's oily, I'm dry) and he feels like it thoroughly cleanses him too. I have acne-prone sensitive skin and I have spent the greater part of my 25 years on this planet trying to figure out my skincare routine. I was introduced to this face wash after a facial and I hate this product BECAUSE OF HOW GOOD IT IS. 45$ to shell out for a face wash can seem daunting at first, but when it cleanses your skin so well, doesn't sensitize no matter WHAT, and prevents break outs, it is very worth it. I was introduced to the IS Clinical line recently after a HALO treatment, and I am so impressed! My skin is extremely sensitive with rosacea and also dry from my retina-a use. So I have always used gentle cream cleansers, which I don't think cleanse or do very much.
