I am in love with IS Clinical line & really thought this would be a great addition to my regimen, I love the active serum but am currently taking a break from using different actives at same time (glycolic in am & retinol pm). Had hoped to add pro heal serum in morning for glow & complexion evenness that the active serum gave me. Sadly my skin did not react well to it. I broke out after one use. My skin texture also looked rashy and inflamed almost immediately after application. This could just be me though, I have extremely sensitive skin that reacts by breaking out with the slightest product changes, IS Clinical line is one that I have been able to use without worrying about having a reaction but not this time. Maybe buy small version first to try

Love but the defective bottle
The iS CLINICAL Pro-Heal Serum Advance+ is a great product; however, since day one, the lid has not worked. Every time I tighten and screw the lid back on, it is loose when I return to use it. This should not be happening for such an expensive product. Not sure if anyone else is having this or has had this issue.

This is a pretty good vitamin C serum however the one I received may have been sitting for a while as it looks slightly oxidized. For the price tag I would want a fresh product. However that being said it has helped my pH quite a bit.

IS Clinical Pro Heal Serum Advance was an intriguing product from a very hyped up brand. I often read about celebrities' love for IS Clinical. For my first purchase, I chose this serum. I am always aware of the limitation of topical treatments, but also know that a well-formulated one can still make beneficial improvements. This product is well-formulated. It has (mostly) great, nourishing ingredients and penetrates easily, leaving a slight silken (not greasy) feel to the skin. However, it does seem a bit overhyped and certainly overpriced. I admittedly haven't been using it more than a few weeks, but there has been NO marked difference in my skin, minus the nice feeling it gives to it upon application, and there are a few iffy ingredients. I will probably try another IS Clinical product, but doubt I will repurchase this one.

I think this serum is a good option for those who have mild rosacea. People who have moderate to severe I think prescription medications work better alone than in conjunction with this serum. It did give me a glow and subtly calmed my redness for a couple of hours, but for the price I would stick to my prescriptions.

I decided to try this serum to try to diminish redness, flakiness, and help with perioral dermatitis. It did help with redness and flakiness which was great. But, unfortunately it made my perioral dermatitis flare up pretty badly after consistent use. I think it may be great for others if you have other types of eczema/dermatitis issues though.

I've been using this serum for roughly a month. While it hasn't been the immediate game changer I had hoped, things seem to be improving slowly. The texture of my skin has dramatically improved and the redness and scarring seems to be fading. I'm not sure if this is due to the use of the pro-heal serum or my Rx retin-a, or both in combination. My cystic flare ups have reduced but are not gone completely. The biggest pro is perhaps that I've been using 5 drops every morning for 30 days and have hardly made a dent in the serum, which justifies the price a bit! I'm only giving it 3 stars because in a month I hoped for more drastic results.

works pretty well but...
it helps with acne and breakouts but it has a strange smell, oily consistency, and leaves a sticky residue. I prefer to use the IS clinical active serum. It feels more powerfel and effective and absorbs instantly so no sticky feeling like this one.

pro-heal serum advance
I have used this product in the past, and alternate between this formulation and another one offered by IS Clinical, the Active Serum. After using the Active Serum for a longer period of time, and returning to the Pro-Heal, I believe the Active is a better formula for my particular skin type. IS Clinical makes a superb product line and I heartily endorse their products. I will return to the Active Serum when I use up my present supply. Their products always live up to their claims.
