Staying power yet non-drying
I have tried many lip stains, and this is about the only one that is not drying, stays put, and looks beautiful! I really like it!!!!

Not my favorite lip product
Don't get me wrong; the colors are beautiful. But this product is MESSY! You have to put it on CAREFULLY and let dry. Then you need to remove any excess with a tissue. it sometimes sticks to my teeth, and usually it's on my hands and all over the bottle. Just not worth the hassle. I much prefer Jane Iredale tinted lip gloss.

I really like this matte lip stain. Applies easily and lasts for a decent amount of time. Using a lip primer helps it last even longer, or use a lip pencil first, outline and then fill in with pencil prior to applying and the stains staying power is enhanced even more. I’m disappointed to see it listed as discontinued.

Since finding this product and color, I no longer bother to look for another... this coming from a skin and makeup junky. I don't go without it...perfect color for me. Very nice lip stain with staying power. I hydrate with a lip therapy such as Fresh Sugar Lip Therapy (it is just what I happen to have in my drawer at present). 37 actives is really good but pricey. Sometimes I just let a cooking oil absorb. Anyway, let whatever treatment you use soak into your lips...then add your lip stain.

I have to put in a good word for this lip stain -- it's perfect for women like me, who have trouble with most lipsticks that "bleed" into the lip lines after application.
