Circle Delete Review
I have been using cricle/delete from the last 3 years. I have allegeries, so I am concerned about black under eye areas. Also, being older, the area under the eyes is thinning. Circle delete takes care of both problems, leaving skin smooth and even toned. I also like the the duo colors, since the skin color changes through the seasons.
