Smudges A LOT!

I wanted to like this mascara based on all the positive reviews and I rarely will take the time to write a review, good or bad. Unlike the majority of the others who tried this mascara, I felt this one smudges even more than average. I tried wearing it at least a dozen times on my top lashes only and every single time, when I looked in the mirror after a few hours, I had racoon eyes. I am tossing it out and will not purchase again.
