Good for dry patches

Good for dry patches, prefer avene cicalfate which isn’t available till the spring unfortunately.

Moisturizing, but not special

I don't know what this is supposed to do. It's not particularly effective compared to other products when my skin barrier is damaged. I gave it 3 stars for being a decent moisturizer, but I wouldn't choose this if I needed extra help with skin irritation or a damaged barrier.

Nice cream

I like the feel and texture of this cream, but I found I needed to use more than I expected to from a fairly small tube. I use it alternately with the barrier repairing cream.

It’s fine.

It’s fine. I needed to find something else that was more moisturizing.

La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume

I purchased this product for any future interrupted skin barrier issues. Unfortunately, I had a lot of irritation on my face and I found that this product actually burned and irritated my skin. Currently, I am just using it on my hands and feet. Vaseline was the only product that helped heal the barrier issue.

Unsure

I am still unsure if I like this lotion. I like several of this brand's products, but it seems like the lotions seem to cause irritation on my skin.

Good for some, but made me breakout

I have extremely breakout prone skin which clogs due to many things and this product just didn't work for me. I was really hoping it could help with the dryness and irritation that comes from my retinoid, but something in it causes acne for me. I bet most people would be fine with it though.

a

Thia cream is very thick and comforting but I found it a bit irritating after a few uses. No idea why as it has nice ingredients but it wasn't for me I guess. Glad I tried it though.

It's good!

My dermatologist told me use this on top of the argan oil that I use. She keeps this product in her office so I know she likes it. I think it's okay but I'm honestly not certain about what it does. I think it helps any redness I may have. Overall, I like it and do find it soothing.

Just an Ok product

I think this is an ok dimethicone product for rashes or dry patches maybe. I think I misunderstood the usages before I purchased and that’s my fault. I thought it was a thick moisturizer for winter skin, but it actually made spots on my face dryer. I used it on my lips, and it did make them dryer and start to peel. I stopped using on my lips, and the peeling stopped. A plus I did find accidentally , was it works good for static in your hair!! I just rubbed a small amount on the palms of my hands and patted down the flyaways and it worked great!

Cicaplast baume

Use this cicaplast baume to reduce the redness and irritation cause by retinol. Have to re-apply several times a day because my skin will get itchy again. The panthenol in this product is not strong enough to bring down the irritation.

Nothing Special

Not sure what everyone is raving about here?!? Nothing special in my opinion. I have sensitive skin and I agree that it is not irritating, but it didn't do much for the dryness of my skin and seemed a bit too heavy for me. Won't be purchasing this again.

Not my favorite

I bought it for hand application, but find it too dry.

Normal

My husband uses it as a hand cream. Perhaps it would help if you use it several times a day. I have not seen changes yet. I have dry places in my hands and elbows.
