The BEST skin soother
This is like my 12th tube of this stuff! There is no better skin soothing, moisturizing balm and I’ve tried all of them. Sure, Avene is good too, but my skin loves this one the most. It’s not too heavy and soaks in so nicely! No fragrance either, which is a must. Love it!

Soothing Ointment
I recently had a skin reaction to retinoid. My face was red, itchy and super tight. This helped to calm down my skin. It's a white, opaque paste when you put it on, so probably not wise to use during the day. It's best to use at bedtime.

Cicaplast Balm
I purchased this for my cracked skin during winter time and it works like a charm. It’s not super heavy and doesn’t clog my pores. My daughter uses it for her eczema now and my husband uses it on the cracked skin around his fingers. Wonderful product!!

La-Roche Posay Cicioplast Balm
This balm is very moisturizing for dry, damaged skin, and also does a great job on cracked fingers and nails. This is my second tube, and I will definitely repurchase.

Great Balm when your skin feels parched
This is a great balm to use at night after tretinoin or any other exfoliant. It is not heavy and does not feel like it rubs off during the night. There is a reason why it is so popular. Try it and you will not be dissapointed.

Great skin barrier repair
This balm works very well to help repair damaged skin. Great for sensitive skin too. It is thick, goes on well and absorbs into skin with no greasy feeling. Took a star off for size and the smell is not bad but kinda medicinal smelling.

perfect cream
I saw a review of Cicaplast and decided to give my very dry hands a treat. Not only were my hands dry, but my fingernails were thin, and splitting. It is a magic cream. I put it on in the morning and bedtime. My hands are healed, and my nails and cuticles are better every day. I also use it on my face to heal dry spots ( I use retin A) Love it!!

Love this cream
Think thick, white, creamy lotion, that gives a bit of a sheen. It's SO moisturizing and wonderful following my tretinoin. It's not greasy, but may feel that way at first, but absorbs quickly. I love LaRoche and love that this is fragrance free, since I have an allergy. I recommend this highly and will buy again!

Moisturizing, but not special
I don't know what this is supposed to do. It's not particularly effective compared to other products when my skin barrier is damaged. I gave it 3 stars for being a decent moisturizer, but I wouldn't choose this if I needed extra help with skin irritation or a damaged barrier.

Another Winner
My skin has gotten so dry this year because of the excessive heat in my apartment and the many days of very cold temperatures. I have been using this almost every morning and it moistures without be greasy.

Needed help
My thumbs crack so deeply in the winter that they bleed and I haven’t found anything to help. I’ve been using this balm for about two weeks and I have yet to have cracked fingers! Only time will tell if it’s a permanent solution but I’m very optimistic!

Best cream to prevent excessive dryness
Since I started using this cream on the nights after I apply retinol, it has prevented the redness and excessive dryness that is sometimes triggered by retinol especially during the winter months. It’s a good all-around cream to have around if you get dry, irritated skin in the winter. Very good value.
