Great post meal or post procedure cream
This is one of the most protective creams I've ever used. It's super thick and can tend to be a little heavy and a little greasy but that's exactly what you need for extremely dry skin in need of a protective barrier. It locks the moisture and so well. I wouldn't use in the daytime under makeup but it's a wonderful night time barrier product.

The Posay Ciciplast balm
After trying a sample of this product, I noticed how wonderful the feeling was on my skin and decided to purchase a full size. The balm feels nourishing and is very satisfying to apply. A small amount in trouble areas goes a long way and works well after a lightweight moisturizer. Over time, there has been a decrease in irritation, itching, and pain. Not fully, but there has been a real change. I greatly recommend this product to anyone with dry skin or just skin that could use some nourishment. I am impressed by La Roche Posays ability to make a product effective like this and hope to discover more like this.

Great Barrier Repair Cream
I had a facial on my 62 year old, sensitive skin, she used a mask that was to aggressive for my skin, everything I tried to calm down my skin made it worst. I decided to give LRP Cicaplast Balm a try, WOW this is the only thing that has worked to repair my skin barrier, have being using every night for about a month. Once I go back to using my Retinol product will use this LRP on top.

Became part of my emergency kit
My hands became cracked after a deep cleaning day. I needed a true barrier repair product and bought this balm. After just two days of am & pm application it calmed the tightness and I believe it is accelerating the repair of the damaged outer skin layers. I love that it doesn’t spread to the items I touch. It has absolutely no fragrance and is a creamy-perfect consistency. By the latter I mean that, just as many people have commented, the balm is on the thick side but “dissolves”/“transforms” upon touching the skin. It penetrates the epidermis instead of clogging it. I recommend everyone buys the larger size. When I witnessed how fast it aides my skin healing process I understood the item’s price. Very worth it!

Helped my Rosacea
I'm a 50 year old who recently started getting rosacea on my cheeks. It's been a real pain in my arse trying to figure out all the products that irritate it. I've become very sensitive to anything not super gentle, even some skin care that is listed for sensitive skin. My derm recommended I try this. I wasn't sure if I liked it at first since it is very thick and emollient. After using it every night for a few weeks now my skin has drastically improved. My flare ups are much less and the redness is almost completely gone. I sometimes get tempted to try different products, but I usually end up with rose face and go right back to this. If you struggle with rosacea, dermatitis, or any of these annoying skin problems, definitely give this a go. It may not be preventing any wrinkles, but atleast my skin looks hydrated and non inflamed when using it.

Thick, but leaves your skin extremely hydrated. I apply at night as the final step in my PM skin routine. I was using it almost daily during the winter months when my face was extremely dry.
