Good, But Not Great
One of the first face washes I've found with decent active ingredients that doesn't irritate my skin as much as others. It still irritates sometimes, though. I wish La Roche-Posay product formulators would do more R&D to deposit ingredients with less irritation. Also, "Thermal Water" is just a flat scam. Not a fan of seeing pseudoscience shadiness in my products. I'd rather the product just focused on science. 4/5.

Makes my skin burn
I have combo skin, but when it gets dry it’s bad. For some reason this makes my skin burn and feel horrible. Never had this with any other face wash. Gives my face a weird dry not clean feeling. Ended up having to wash this face wash off

After years of making matters worse by the way I wash my face, my dermatologist suggest that I try La Roche Posay Toleriane. It is very gentle yet it removes all eye makeup without burning my eyes and removes any sunscreen and foundation. I no longer have irritated cheeks or a burning sensation. I love this cleanser.
