The niacinamide took about 1.5 - 2 months for my skin to adjust to, but now I can definitely see improvements in texture and softness. I think a big part of the effectiveness is in that I pair it with the Lipikar AP Moisturizer in this same line. I use this cleanser and the moisturizer twice a day (once in the AM and also in the PM before bed). I highly recommend this for sensitive skin-types who suffer from dry and dehydrated skin!
