not a fan

I do love matte eye shadow and it is all I use. However, I do not really like this one. I think they may have changed the formula, because in the past I really did love it. In its current form, it applies very thin and with little coverage, no matter how I apply it or whether I use a primer or not. I tried 2 different colors. I just cannot get decent adhesion and coverage with this. Used to be great, now just meh.
