Gentle and Effective
I think this is toner works well for my retinol-sensitive skin, and I can see the flakes wipe away, but the scent is a little off-putting, giving it a lower score.

Dual Toner gets the dirt
I do like that it gets the dirt that's left behind, it make's my face glow and fell fresh. It does feel a little sticky.
