Can't tell if it's doing anything
This toner is gentle enough it doesn't bother my sensitive skin. But, I'm on the fence whether I really need to use toner. The cotton balls have a little beige color on them after use, and I don't use foundation, so I guess it is removing dirt from my face?

Can feel it working
You can feel this toner working! It's a little powerful for my sensitive skin and creates a little tinglings sensation after I use it. However, my cotton pads always have extra grime and dirt on them that my face wash missed, but this toner got it!
