Pump Does Not Work
I was very excited to try this product. I had separate HA and peptide/growth factor serums. Combining into one simplifies my routine and saves money. Unfortunately, the pump does not work. I can pump it many times and I might get a partial drop out, but not enough to cover even a portion of my face. I think what adds to the frustration is that I have to go through the return process, wait for them to receive the product and approve it, and then reorder it. So I'm without serum for 2-3 weeks.

ordered the wrong item
I had a sample of the Lovelyskin LUXE ultra rich peptide moisturizer and Loved it!! Unfortunately I ordered the wrong product and realized when I opened it and consistency was different. This product may be good for some but not for me, has a drying effect for me. Didn't think returning was an option as I had already opened it.

Very disappointed in this product
I received a sample of this product a while back and it took me a few months to try it and it was AMAZING! I finally ordered it after finding out the name had changed. It was a different product even though I was told it was the same. The new product was super watery and thin. The sample (older product) was a much thicker consistency. Sadly I returned it as I was expecting the thicker product like the sample. If you have any samples left I’d love a supply. Thanks
