Not for fine hair.
I tried a travel size of Moroccanoil Volume conditioner and shampoo and thought I loved it, so I went ahead and purchased a giant size of the hydrating conditioner as my hair is thin, and dry from salt and sun and surfing. While it does make my hair shiny which I love, it is definitely not for regular use. It is very heavy and coats your hair and after a few uses it really weighs down my hair and looks terrible... and I have to use a shampoo that strips my hair of build-up. While it makes my hair a bit softer and shinier the residue it too much for my fine hair. I will only use 1 x's a week but will not be purchasing this brand again.
