This Serum is Worth the Hype
I purchase Neocutis products regularly and ordered this after trying it as a sample. It hydrated my skin right away. I wasn't sure if I would repurhase due to the cost. After using it for several weeks, it has really made a difference in the appearance of my skin and has helped the appearane of my nasolabial folds. I use it in the morning along with my moisurizer and sunscreen, and as long as I give each product a few minutes to absorb, I don't have any problems with pilling. I have extremely sensitive skin that is dry and mature. This causes no sensitivity and is the only serum I have tried that didn't cause any issues. I will be repurchasing.

Unsure if making a difference
I must say my skin loves this serum. It soaked it up. I follow it with the P-Tox, the HA and finally the 242 moisturizer. My only complaint is that it pills so I only use it at night. I will need to give it more time to see if it makes a true difference and so worth the price.

This is just too pricey in my opinion. I have no complaints about the product. I have very sensitive skin and it didn't break me out. But again for the price, I can't help but to ask myself is it really worth it.

Amazing for lines, both fine & deeper
I was curious about the different growth factor serums and had good results from one popular one, but was annoyed with the pump as well as the pilling. I bought samples of several others and used each for about two weeks. This was the winner, and I bought the full size here. In just under a week I was surprised to see a real difference in some deeper stubborn lines (I have one very prominent 11 line, and a deep forehead line). All over lines were less. This did not happen with any others I have used over time, or sampled for two weeks. I do feel this one is not as good for tightening in the moment, but it does -plump and help lines for me, without question, and rapidly. If applied too thickly it can pill. For me my skin can get irritated if I apply it twice a day for many days in a row, but it is minor, and I just use something different for a day and it is fine. What I have learned is that these GFs are different for everyone, so finding a great match may not be the same for everyone.

Used for years
I have used Bio Serum Firm every night for years. I apply a tonique followed by this serum, and my skin drinks it up. Some eye cream and moisturizer layered on top and my nighttime regimen is done. I wake up with smooth, hydrated skin. I've used a bunch of different moisturizers and eye creams through the years, but this serum is a constant. I'm over 50 and have very few wrinkles and crow's feet. I will never stop using this!

No noticeable difference
For a product this expensive, one expects to see a noticeable improvement in skin. I cannot see any and so won’t be repurchasing. Also, it didn’t work with my other skincare products or sunscreen. It pilled. Disappointing, as I expected the growth factor to do something good for my skin.
