I was using another even more expensive neck cream for a of couple years. I decided to try this one when I wasn’t satisfied with the results from the other brand. I noticed a difference right away! It improves the look of sagging and wrinkly skin by tightening/moisturizing. Highly recommend!

Irritation from glycolic acid?
I like many Neocutis products and wanted to love this one. My neck needs help for sagging, crepey skin, etc. After using this twice daily for about 3 or 4 weeks, I noticed an irritated red ring developing around my neck ... I don't use retinol on my neck, and could only pinpoint this cream as the change in routine. I noticed it has glycolic acid in it, which might be the culprit on my sensitive skin. It might work better for others with sensitive skin, but I will look for another neck product.

I’ve been using Neo Firm neck and décolleté tightening cream a couple of weeks! It has a lovely feel, smooth and cool, not greasy at all; it massages in easily. I think my neck looks better… lines are softer! I’ll keep up and report back. I really like the dispenser!

Slightly irritating
I have sensitive skin and this cream is irritating to my skin. I'm not able to use it regularly but am trying not to waste it. I'm a big fan of the eye cream and was hoping this would work.

Luxury For Your Neck
This cream seems different as soon as you take it out of the box. I've never used a product that is packaged like this---you just push down on one side of the top of the jar and the neck cream appears from the center. It is hard to explain but easy to get used to. I've already re-ordered this product and am on my second jar after switching over from another brand last year. My skin feels smooth and soft and the fine lines are hard to find now.

I've been using Neocutis Neo Firm Neck & Décolleté Tightening Cream for a little less than a month and I don't see a difference in my neck area. I will continue to monitor to see if there's any positive changes. The product is creamy texture and does help moisturize in the winter months.

I have been using this for about a month. I just realized the other day that the look of my neck has not been bothering me. usually I look in the mirror and fret over my neck but I haven't been doing that lately so I would say the cream is working and definitely showing improvement on the skin on my neck and chest. One of the best neck creams I have tried.
Out of the neck creams I’ve tried this is one of the best. The application process is great, consistency is great, there is no scent which I always appreciate. I would have give it 5 start if it had shown more drastic changes but overall really good.
