I read other reviews and wanted to try this. Overall, I like the feel of the product. It absorbs nicely. I still often apply a hyaluronic acid product over the top of this (I live in the northeast and need more hydration). I really like the applicator tip. Nice and cool on application. It helps with morning puffiness.

Obagi definitely has many fantastic products I can attest to. Obagi ELASTIderm Eye Serum fell short of its objective. I do not see a difference at all with the puffy bags under my eyes and have been using it for a couple of weeks. I have used Obagi ELASTIderm Eye Cream in the past and will switch over, as I saw a difference within a few days. Sadly disappointed this particular product did not diminish puffiness under eyes.

Obaji eye serum
The original Obagi eye serum came in a pump. I saw results almost immediately. I wish it wasn't discontinued. This new product which was what your company recommended as an alternative, is nowhere near as effective in minimizing fine lines. I'll keep using it to see if it takes longer, but I doubt it.
