I use this product alternate nights on advice of my medical aesthetician. It has a nice texture and does not look as awful to my husband as the Rx Eye Doctor I use alternately - I think I like the Obagi Eye Gel better in terms of feel, but like all Obagi products this does exactly what it says it will do if one follows the directions - what could be better than that?

Within a week I noticed a huge difference! No more puffiness or sagging. It is a great lightweight formula that doesn't feel greasy or heavy so can be used day and night for that matter. It is not meant to give you a lot of super hydration, so those looking for a heavier moisturizing effect may be disappointed. However, I use this and then layer Peter Thomas Roth's eye cream on over it at times that I feel like I need a bit more of a moisturizing boost. It is expensive, but you use very little.
