Within a week I noticed a huge difference! No more puffiness or sagging. It is a great lightweight formula that doesn't feel greasy or heavy so can be used day and night for that matter. It is not meant to give you a lot of super hydration, so those looking for a heavier moisturizing effect may be disappointed. However, I use this and then layer Peter Thomas Roth's eye cream on over it at times that I feel like I need a bit more of a moisturizing boost. It is expensive, but you use very little. I can easily see this jar lasting me a year, so overall, it seems like a great value because it actually works!

It does what it claims
The cream is light and goes on smoothly. The wrinkles at the corners of my eyes are much less noticeable and the skin around my eyes feels... "younger" (I don't know how else to describe it). However, lately I've been noticing dark circles under my eyes and it doesn't seem to help much with those.

I originally purchased this product at my Dermatologist's office. I loved it. I am in my early 50's and lucky to have wonderful skin. I believe it comes from my Italian/Indian Heritage.
