I needed a richer cream for winter use that didn't break me out or make my nose look like an oil slick. This cream is a winner! It's definitely for those colder months or drier climates, but it is not too thick. Hydrating but light. My middle aged, rosacea skin loves this cream. I will definitely purchase again!

Rich and hydrating
The title says it all. It is thick and hydrating for older, drier and more mature skin. I love it! I put it on at night after my retinol and I think it seals it in and moisterizes it.

Great moisturizer
This is a great moisturizer. I usually won't splurge on basic creams and/or moisturizers, but my sister shared this with me and I have really enjoyed it. I also usually don't use products with fragrance, but this one isn't strong and doesn't seem to irritate me. It isn't greasy, absorbs quickly, and I feel it is truly luxe. Also wears well under makeup.

Though I’ve enjoyed other Obagi products for years, this is my first experience with Hydrate Luxe. Hydrate Luxe is all I need!
I've been using Hydrate Luxe for almost a year now and I am very pleased with it. The cream is so rich yet not at all greasy. It has a very pleasant fragrance. I have found since I started using it nightly that during the day I don't need additional moisturizing. I only apply Obagi Matte 50 Sunscreen (which has wonderful moisturizing properties) after my usual cleansing steps. That seems to be enough to keep my skin very soft and dewy. I highly recommend Hydrate Luxe.
