Not sure about this product
Can someone tell me what the consistency of this Polish should be? I just got mine and it is super hard and not pliable or spreadable. I’ve never used this before but think mine may be old. I’m really disappointed

Mixed feelings
I loved this mask the first 3 times I used it. However twice now it has burnt my skin. I think my skin is so dry I need to give it a break. Other than the two times it’s really irritated my face, I loved it. And I can tell a difference in only a few uses.

Bought this based on reviews and I really love it. Some reviews complain about the consistency, but I think it’s great. I leave the jar in the shower to let the steam make it softer or I run hot water over the jar. I like the fact that it’s like a balm because it means it works due to it not containing water.
