A Little Tricky, But Does the Trick
The trick to using this polish is to wash your face with warm/hot water and barely pat dry then work the polish in your finger tips for a few seconds and then it'll spread very easily on your face. If it's a little hard to get out of the jar and you don't have the little plastic accessory that came with it, just put a tiny bit of warm water on your finger and rub a bit. Now that I know what to do, I don't have any problems with it. It polishes my skin beautifully and leaves me with smooth, bright skin. I use it twice weekly and it has made a big difference. Just don't put it in the cracks on your nose or any delicate areas as it can be a little too aggressive. I also recommend not leaving it on for the full 15 min the first few times if you have sensitive skin...work your way there. Overall I really like product and recommend it.

Not overly impressed
I decided to purchase this product based on reviews that I read in a magazine and online. Upon the first use all I can say I am disappointed in it. First up is the consistency of the product, it's like applying paste that doesn't spread. Secondly, once removed from your face I did not like the feel of my skin. A total disappointment in the product.

Bright and Smooth
I absolutely love this product. There is a little bit of a sting, but nothing intolerable, at least it wasn't for me. I found that using it every other day was best for me. It smells heavenly, it leaves your skin looking , quite literally, looking polished! I had a sample and was hooked. I highly recommend it. It's trial and error in my view with regards to strength, but I've been considered to have "sensitive skin" and this works fine for me. It is worth the try.

Eh… not my favorite
I love and have used numerous Obagi products and this has to be my least favorite one. I don’t think it has much of a microdermabrasion feel to it? It’s also difficult to scoop out and spread out evenly on the skin. But the worst part of this product… it leave the absolute worst film after you try to wash it off. It’s impossible to get off without a washcloth and using a cleanser. Wouldn’t recommend and soundly repurchase, I doubt I’ll even try to force myself to finish the jar.

Tingly goodness. Does leave a slight residue of what feels like thick occlusive moisturizer, but I wash my face again after and it is only minimal at that point. It leaves your skin smooth, no feeling of dryness, and with an even tone. Love this stuff!

Leaves my skin SO SOFT!
I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest opinion. I LOVE this mask! I was in the market for a new microdermabrasion kit, so this came at the *perfect* time. It took me a couple of uses to get the hang of how to apply it, because it is solid. It does come with a little spatula, and I found the best way is to scrape it along the edges of the product and work around in a circle. I use about a nickel sized amount and it covers my face and neck. Hold the product in between your fingers for a few seconds to warm and soften it, then gently rub onto your skin. Works best when face and hands are slightly damp, NOT wet. Too much water can cause the product to roll up and not spread at all. The first time I used it, I left it on for 10 min, then 15 min each use afterwards. I tend to use it once every-other-week, but will probably start using once a week. My skin has never been this soft and smooth, especially when using in conjunction with the vitamin C serum. I have to keep myself from touching my face throughout the day because it's SO SOFT. Has helped even the texture of my skin and brighten overall. I love that it is one step, instead of the three-step microdermabrasion kit I previously used. You definitely get the bang for your buck with this one! Easy to incorporate into your regimen and I will definitely continue to use it in mine. My skin glows. Absolutely amazing.
